Our Story
Where It All Began
Crossroads Academy, Inc. (dba Crossroads Leadership Academy) is a Texas-based nonprofit organization dedicated t empowering youth ages 13-25, especially those from economically disadvantaged communities, through leadership training, workforce development, entrepreneurship, and civid engagements.

Founded in 2012 by Cristina and Michael Wilson, Crossroads was born from a deep passion to develop youth into confident, capable leaders who can transform their lives and communities. After a temporary pause due to military deployment and the pandemic, Crossroads is relaunching with renewed purpose, innovation, and community support.
Our Mission
Crossroads empowers youth by providing leadership training, workforce development, and entrepreneurship opportunities. Through mentorship, education, and hands-on service, we help young individuals build successful careers adn create positive change in their communities.
