YOLI
Leadership Academy
(Youth Opportunities for Leadership & Innovation)
Empowering the Next Generation of Changemakers
The YOLI Leadership Academy is Crossroads’ flagship program, created to cultivate a powerful pipeline of youth leaders across the Rio Grande Valley and beyond. Inspired by the legacy of Yolanda ("Yoli"), who led with compassion, service, and a servant's heart, YOLI empowers youth ages 13-25 - especially those from underserved communities - with the tools, confidence, and mentorship needed to lead in their schools, communities, and future careers. Through a dynamic blend of leadership training, service learning, and mentorship, YOLI creates an enviroment where young people discover theri strengths, build their voice, and put their leadership into action to create meaningful, lasting impact.
